Link your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account in My profile. Emails send from your address and appear in your Sent Items.
Shared mailboxes and your own inbox
Connect one or more shared mailboxes alongside your personal inbox, with live alerts, an optional chime and unread counts. SMS conversations sit in the same inbox.
You decide who sees what
Owners and admins choose which team members can open each shared mailbox, SMS and WhatsApp, and can switch access off at any time.

About Email & shared inbox
Do I have to connect my mailbox?
No. Without it, emails send from TenderLock and replies still come back into your inbox.
Does TenderLock read my whole inbox?
No. It only keeps emails you send from TenderLock and the replies to them.
Can emails come from our own domain?
Yes. On Enterprise, the whole organisation can send from your own verified domain.
