This schedule forms part of the Terms and conditions and the Subscription agreement. All prices are in pounds sterling. All prices exclude VAT. UK VAT at 20% is added for customers in the United Kingdom; customers outside the UK are not charged UK VAT.

Drafting, editing, inviting suppliers, answering clarifications by hand and scoring by hand do not use credits.

Top-up credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Included plan credits are used first. Enterprise allowances and pricing are agreed in the order form.
4. Phone numbers and call minutes

Calling and SMS are not included on Free or Starter. Included minutes reset each calendar month and cover calls in and out. Extra minutes can be bought in blocks of 100 to 10,000, by hand or by automatic top-up if an account owner turns it on, and last until the end of the calendar month in which they are bought. Extra numbers are charged pro rata to the end of the current billing period and then renew with the plan. SMS messages use credits as shown in section 2.
