Which plans include phone and SMS?

Business includes 1 number and 250 minutes a month. Professional includes up to 5 numbers, 1,000 minutes, the team line and WhatsApp when it launches. Enterprise is agreed with you.

Are calls recorded?

Yes. Calls through TenderLock are recorded and transcribed so the record is complete. Tell the other person at the start of the call, as you would with any recorded line.

Is WhatsApp available?

WhatsApp messaging is coming soon on Professional and above.
