Score bids
Use the score grid, see AI suggestions with evidence and submit your scores.

Open the score grid
- Go to Evaluations and open the tender. Scoring opens when bids unseal at the closing time.
- Click a cell in the Score grid to score a bid against a criterion.
- Read the Supplier's answers on the right, enter Your score and press Save score.
Price is scored automatically: the lowest compliant price gets full marks.
AI score suggestions
Press ✨ to see an AI suggestion with the evidence it used. It is advisory only and uses 10 credits. You decide the score.
Private until submitted
You only see your own scores until you submit them. When you're done, press Submit my scores. You can Reopen my scores if you need to change something before the award.
Where several colleagues score a bid, scores are averaged, and large differences are flagged so you can discuss them.
