Single sign-on with Microsoft, Google or SAML

Let your team sign in with their work account. SSO rules are on Enterprise.

Updated 7 October 2026

Microsoft and Google sign-in

Anyone can use Sign in with Microsoft or Sign in with Google for an account that already exists.

Enterprise SSO

  1. Open Settings › Security and find Single sign-on.
  2. Press Add domain and add the domain your team's email addresses use.
  3. Add the TXT record shown to your DNS and press Verify.
  4. Under Rules, choose Require Microsoft sign-in for everyone with a verified domain, and optionally Create accounts automatically the first time someone signs in.

The account owner keeps password sign-in as a fallback.

SAML (Okta, OneLogin, ADFS and others)

In the SAML card, paste your identity provider's details and save. People then use Sign in with company SSO on the sign-in page. Their email must be on one of your verified domains.
